(a) THE COMPANY recognizes the importance of integrity, accountability, transparency and high ethics in conducting its business.


(b) In this regard, THE COMPANY has developed its Policy based on the requirements set out by the Whistleblower Protection Act and other applicable rules and regulations. This is pertinent in deterring its members from conducting any improper misconduct which is detrimental to the reputation and growth of THE COMPANY. In addition, THE COMPANY recognizes the importance of continuous vigilance in developing a robust whistleblower framework and full cooperation with the authorities in its implementation to achieve its purposes.


(c) THE COMPANY and its subsidiaries and branches shall make all endeavours to understand their responsibilities and obligations under this Policy and comply with the same in order to build an excellent compliance culture within the organisation.

Feedback (Complaint)

We have  procedures in place, to deal with complaints effectively and fairly through a simple and equitable process. We ensures you that the approach are standardise and consistent. It is our policy to keep record of complaints, responses and any action taken so that we can improve and cater to your needs. Please be ensure that we keeps the record for six (6) years and should you wish to refer back on the matter, we will have it properly kept on record. We have dedicated complaint handling system to ensure all complaints received are reviewed and where necessary, actions are taken to address valid complaints on a timely manner. We have a log system to register all complaints received with the assignment of a reference number. Please read our Policies and Procedure in Complaint handling.

Integrity Pledge Form

.Corruption and bribery in recent years are getting more prevalent worldwide and continue to be a global scourge which requires attention and cooperation from all countries to deter it. Politically, corruption violates democracy and the rule of law. Economically, it hampers fair competition and dealing in business and economy growth. It also exacerbates social inequality which will result in the rise of criminal activities and other social problems.

 

In Malaysia, the key legislation governing corruption and bribery is the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 (”the MACC Act”).

Pursuant to the MACC Act, all public and private officials are required to adhere to the provisions and exercise due care and diligence in their business dealings to prevent any potential corruption and bribery which will expose their organization to legal and reputational risks.

THE COMPANY shall maintain an impeccable reputation. Anyone who are involved in the activities of THE COMPANY, have a critical role to play in achieving these objectives, whether directly or in a supporting role. You have a responsibility to conduct yourself with a high degree of integrity, to strive for excellence in the work you perform and the outcomes you achieve and to promote the public interest.

The purpose of the Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy is to set out THE COMPANY's stance on fraud, bribery and corruption or requirements of its employees and others who are involved in its activities (“you”).

“THE COMPANY” shall mean the entity that provide Services to the Client which expression shall where the context so admits include its subsidiaries and affiliates, its directors, officers, secretary, trust officers and employees, its successors in title and assigns and any restructured or merged entity involving THE COMPANY.
